Front & Off-Centre worked with S.E.A. Focus, a leading showcase and art market dedicated to Southeast Asian contemporary art, on programming and content creation.

The scope of work for the team at S.E.A. Focus included VIP programmes, editorial content for digital platforms, and SEAspotlight Talks. The team supported the platform in bringing together established and emerging artistic talents and fostering a deeper appreciation of contemporary art and artists in the region.
VIP Programmes
From 2023 to 2025, we conceptualised, coordinated and executed over 20 VIP events each year, such as studio visits, private collection tours, dining experiences, and workshops. We proposed ideas, liaised with collaborators, facilitated an RSVP system, created communication materials and provided on-the-ground management.
SEAspotlight Talks 2025.
Editorial Content for Digital Platforms
We co-wrote online articles and co-produced eight videos for the S.E.A. Focus website and social media channels. We also co-composed and sent out EDMs to VIP and general audiences in the lead-up to S.E.A. Focus.
SEAspotlight Talks
We worked with S.E.A. Focus curator John Tung in 2024 and 2025 to develop four talks around key themes for each annual edition of the fair. We shaped the conversation flow, prepared guest speakers and moderators, and supported publicity efforts.
Note on Project Execution:
The project was initiated and delivered under our magazine Art & Market, prior to the formal establishment of Front & Off-Centre as a dedicated cultural agency offering communications, curatorial, programming and publishing services.
