Nadya Wang
Founder & Director

Nadya created Front & Off-Centre to offer customised communications, curatorial and programming services for the cultural industries. She has extensive experience in myriad roles, chiefly consultant, editor and academic. Nadya has managed numerous large-scale projects, including Singapore Art Week Talks in 2021 and 2022, the S.E.A. Focus VIP programme in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and SEAspotlight Talks in 2024 and 2025, among others. She is also Founder and Managing Editor of Art & Market and Fashion & Market, which are leading multimedia platforms documenting the art and fashion ecosystems in Southeast Asia and beyond. She holds a PhD in History of Art from The Courtauld Institute of Art.

Ian Tee
Curatorial Lead

Ian leads curatorial projects, from artist commissions for art fairs to publications and exhibitions. As both an artist and curator, he is engaged in regional networks and attuned to shifting dynamics in the art ecosystem. He strives to build frameworks that foster mutual understanding and long-term collaborations. Ian is also Editor of Art & Market, where he has conducted more than 90 long-form interviews and worked with dozens of writers across Southeast Asia. 

Mary Ann Lim
Programme Manager

Mary Ann conceptualises programmes and content for external projects. Coming from the large institution of National University of Singapore (NUS) Museum that works at the crossroads of art and academia, her practice is nuanced and research-focused, while keeping in mind the various needs of stakeholders and audiences. She has experience managing both large-scale and intimate programmes, across a panoply of forms, including but not limited to talks, panel discussions, film programmes, tours, exhibition openings, book launches, as well as other creative forms of outreach and knowledge sharing.

Sharrona Valezka
Creative Producer

​​At Front & Off-Centre, Sharrona oversees the creative development of projects, shaping visual identity and conceptual framework. She brings ideas to life through her contributions, spanning from creative research to art direction. With a BA (Hons) in Fashion Media & Industries, Sharrona approaches her practice through a cross-disciplinary lens. Her work is deeply rooted in the intersections of fashion and art in Southeast Asia, grounded in thoughtful collaboration and cultural narratives.

Vivyan Yeo 
Project Manager

Vivyan works on pitches, manages projects and works with the team to ensure smooth operations. Her Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Master’s degree in Art Therapy equip her with both a historical and empathetic lens when viewing art. She has experience as a Curatorial Lead at Art Agenda and Content Producer at Art & Market, where she wrote specialist articles and co-developed varied art projects. She also worked as a Programme Executive at The Red Pencil (Singapore), where she spearheaded and managed long-term art therapy programmes with partner organisations, funders, art therapists and research teams. 

Isaiah Cheng
Producer

Isaiah develops pitches, manages client relationships, and supports the end-to-end life cycle of a project’s delivery across creative teams. With a background in arts programming, he brings experience navigating both institutional and independent contexts. He has worked on multidisciplinary projects involving public art, exhibition production, festival programming and management, overseeing research, stakeholder management, execution and evaluation. He has led and contributed to initiatives such as the 9th Singapore International Photography Festival 2024, Singapore Art Week 2022 and 2023, Public Art Trust 2023 and Cornwall Film Festival 2019 and 2020.
